Argus West SIU SPEAR Lien Unit secures yet another major win, this time against four lien claimants.

Three lien claimants, a Chiropractic provider, a Physical Therapy provider, and a Rehab Center, withdrew their liens prior to the Lien Conference. These withdrawals were the direct result of our SIU-based defenses, which identified critical issues including double-billing, statute of limitations violations on required reporting documents, and missing or invalid National Provider Identifier (NPI) information. In total, these three withdrawals accounted for $18,625.00, a 100% savings for 3 lien claimants.

The fourth lien, filed by a medical interpreting service, was informally resolved for $500, a 94% reduction on the $8,012.50 lien amount.
